The-Wrath-of-GodHello.
Do you know how God feels about sickness?
I would like to tell you a story. A while back I had a dream and within this dream God showed me how He feels about sickness. God hates sickness! Within the dream I saw the anger of God, His rage, or in old fashioned language; the wrath of God. An all-consuming anger. You do not want to see God angry!!
Here however , His anger was not against any church, person or any social issue; it was an anger that raged against sickness.
God was throwing and destroying crutches and wheels chairs and so forth in anger. He was angry because sickness destroys and distorts the people He loves; us!
He sees the hurt and upset that it causes, He sees the pain it brings into families and how it crushes people that are made in His image. He hates the chains of bondage it brings to people, He hates how sickness attempts to rob people of the good things He has planned for their lives. He loves you so much and He sees how sickness hurts you, and that upsets Him.
He sees the tears and physical agony that sickness brings into the people that He loves so much. Jesus hates sickness so much that He was willing to be lashed and whipped and to take upon Himself the pain of sickness. I have seen the anger of God burn against sickness and it is terrifying!
The cords of death entangled me; the torrents of destruction overwhelmed me. The cords of the grave coiled around me; the snares of death confronted me. In my distress I called to the Lord; I cried to my God for help. From his temple he heard my voice; my cry came before him, into his ears.
The earth trembled and quaked, and the foundations of the mountains shook; they trembled because he was angry. Smoke rose from his nostrils; consuming fire came from his mouth, burning coals blazed out of it. He parted the heavens and came down;
 dark clouds were under his feet. He mounted the cherubim and flew; he soared on the wings of the wind. He made darkness his covering, his canopy around him— the dark rain clouds of the sky.
Out of the brightness of his presence clouds advanced, with hailstones and bolts of lightning. The Lord thundered from heaven; the voice of the Most High resounded.
He shot his arrows and scattered the enemy, with great bolts of lightning he routed them.
The valleys of the sea were exposed and the foundations of the earth laid bare at your rebuke, Lord, at the blast of breath from your nostrils. He reached down from on high and took hold of me; he drew me out of deep waters. He rescued me from my powerful enemy, from my foes, who were too strong for me. They confronted me in the day of my disaster, but the Lord was my support. He brought me out into a spacious place; he rescued me because he delighted in me (Psalm 18.4-19).
Imagine this verse burning against sickness because that is how God feels about it. He is angry with the sickness in your life. Not angry with you, but with the sickness. He wants to bring healing into every single person. He wants everyone free. Remember how God confronted Pharaoh when He brought His people out from captivity. God acts against what keeps His people in chains and that includes sickness. So let the terrifying rage of God burn against death and sickness.
